This place is amazing. Top quality meat cuts that are cut and trimmed well and their dry aged matt is handled the way it should at the right temperatures, but to mention the variety of meat cuts as well as the fast that is grass fed. This is hands down the best place to buy meat in all of Sydney.

This is INSANE‼️ Love everything about this place‼️ I only want to buy pork ribs and beef shank but ended up to do the warehouse tour inside there😂😂 Good experience to see one by one varieties of meats🤩🤩 Friendly staff and very helpful‼️

Used to be hidden gem for meat selection in Sydney but nowadays so many people visited. There are so many choice to choose. Meat’s quality was amazing as well.

This place was recommended from Vive Cooking School at Rosebery as a place with an amazing selection of meats. This was just a reconnaissance trip for me as I had other places to visit afterwards and couldn't take meat with me. Don your fashionable puffa jacket for the cold and be amazed at the huge range of meats for all budgets and flavoured sausages. Prices cheaper than the supermarkets. Great range of gourmet cooking products too in the market section. I was able to buy Kosher salt which I've been hunting for a while. Park across the road and walk across as carpark got a bit feral. Security guard in carpark was so friendly and welcoming! Will be back!

IT IS LITERALLY A BIG FRIDGE WOW!! There are a wide range of meat to choose from and it’s very organized and clean. They also provide orange jackets to keep you warm inside the shop

I tried the cafe and the public toilet. Cafe is cheap half price from city $3 for large, it's Stitch coffee bean. Toilet is clean. They have range of meats and liquor. Meats stored in cooler room, bring jacket. Pub is open after 1 PM. I have not tried too early for alcohol.

Have been there several times and always got really good quality meat. The prices are reasonable and store never runs out of variety even on Christmas. If that wasn’t enough they are selling burgers now which are delicious, not too mention very reasonably priced.

If you're a meat lover, you'll go nuts in this place. The variety of meats they offer is insane, and it's a bummer I didn't have enough time in Sydney to try them all. We ended up grabbing some wagyu meat and T-bone steak, and let me tell you, they were incredibly juicy and tender.
